The Oxytocin hormone is more abundant in females than in males, and Vasopressin is more abundant in males than in females. Vasopresin has a direct role in renal functions, and Oxytocin has a direct role in lovemaking. As Oxytocin is more abundant in females, one could argue that this may be one of the factors as to why females experience more orgasms than males, thus favoring lasting emotional bonding. The research on these phenomena is still ongoing.]]></description>
