Total number of deaths associated with the listeria outbreak in cantaloupe from Jensen Farms in southern Colorado, which recalled the contaminated melons on Sept. 14. In addition, one woman who was pregnant at the time of her illness from listeria had a miscarriage. Overall, 146 people were sickened in 28 states. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Thursday that the outbreak is over. [via AP]
