Shooting to kill someone behind the locked door of a room with very little space for maneuver, is inexcusable even if they are an intruder. Our constitution protects and upholds the right to life and even when a serial killer is found guilty, there is no death penalty and no one has the right to take life.

Oscar is in serious hot water and really needs to look at a defense or plea that can give a better explanation of his actions in light of what seems to have been an issue with his temper that unfortunately boiled over uncontrollably on the morning of Valentines Day 2013.
