This is a good article. 15-years ago, I was diagnosed with Cancer. The reason you have struggled with the scale most of your life is due to food chemicals. The FDA has destroyed the good insulin in the people's body with poison food chemicals. We simply do not make good insulin to remove glucose. We are an insulin resistance people. We have insulin resistant cells, we hold fat. We have no good insulin today.
