The annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is airing tonight, and some of the world’s best bodies will be strutting their stuff for millions of viewers.

That’s a lot of pressure, and for the Victoria’s Secret angels, fitness is crucial for modeling those minimal pieces of lingerie in style.

We decided to see just how hard it is to get in angel-shape, so we called on Michael Olajide Jr. of Aerospace gym in New York City and author of the new book “SLEEKIFY: The Supercharged, No-Weights Workout to Sculpt and Tighten Your Body in 28 Days to show us how it’s done. Olajide is the personal trainer of model Adriana Lima, and also trains Doutzen Kroes, Constance Jablonski, Kelly Gale, and Ieva Laguna for the show. So, instead of spending time on the couch watching the models do their thing, this year a group of  TIME’s male reporters took on the challenge of training like them.

Why do lingerie models throw so many punches?

Also: I don't know much about designing lingerie, but I do know that many of those outfits being modelled will create visible panty line.

Maybe the models throw punches in order to divert attention from VPL

Wow, way to go the P.C. commentary from the Time journalist?

Wearing the appropriate clothes would certainly reduce the difficulty. His eye patch rocks.

when did "men" have to be  good at throwing punches to be "men"? they're working in suits cause they probably did this during their office hours. FYI they're men cause they're not afraid of trying something different.

I just don't understand how these people can call themselves men when they are throwing jabs and crosses like five year old girls. How does a man not know how to throw a proper punch? Not only that, why are they working out in suits? This workout isn't even hard, it's just a standard cardio circuit, there is no intense interval training mixed with weights or difficult body-weight resistance such as pull-ups and isometric holds, they're just punching the air and they look like kittens playing with yarn. God this makes me sick -- what has happened to the state of men where they don't even have proper motor skills and are all fat, pudgy, and soft like that?
