Number of teens who still smoke cigarettes, according to a comprehensive new report on youth smoking from the surgeon general’s office. Teen smoking rates are falling, but the decline has slowed in recent years, and the report calls for youth smoking prevention efforts to be strengthened and more widely instituted nationwide.
