A survey of 243 tanning salons in Missouri, one of 17 states in the U.S. that does not have any age restrictions for tanning, also found that 80% of the salons claim indoor tanning would prevent future sunburns and 43% claim there are no risks associated with indoor tanning. According to the CDC, indoor tanning is linked to both skin and eye cancers. [via Pediatrics]
