We decided to see just how hard it is to get in angel-shape, so we called on Michael Olajide Jr. of Aerospace gym in New York City and author of the new book “SLEEKIFY: The Supercharged, No-Weights Workout to Sculpt and Tighten Your Body in 28 Days“ to show us how it’s done. Olajide is the personal trainer of model Adriana Lima, and also trains Doutzen Kroes, Constance Jablonski, Kelly Gale, and Ieva Laguna for the show. So, instead of spending time on the couch watching the models do their thing, this year a group of TIME’s male reporters took on the challenge of training like them.
