Subway is famous for its spokesman Jared Fogle, who lost 245 lb. by eating a Subway sandwich every day for lunch (and by doing a lot of other things like exercising). And the chain — the official restaurant of the
Biggest Loser — endorses its sandwiches as the healthiest option at the food court. For the most part, Subway's

The sandwich also has 34 g of sugar, which is all you should reasonably get in a day as well.
It's a reminder that you must do the research yourself: even at "healthier" restaurants, you can't just rely on advertising to tell you what is most nutritious. MORE
